AZ ISPI was founded in 1982, and is the premier forum in Arizona for improving organizational and individual performance. Our Mission: To improve the performance of every organization in Arizona through the practice of Human Performance Technology (HPT). AZ ISPI has been recognized for various achievements and received the following awards: Outstanding Chapter Award in 1987 Outstanding Communication Award in 1992 Community Involvement Award in 1995.AZ ISPI members include internal and external consultants, executives, trainers, instructional designers and academics focused on improving human performance in the workplace. Our members are employed in a number of professional venues that include business, health services, technology, government agencies, education and non-profit organizations.
