November 7th Event: Tools for Knowledge Workers

The Knowledge Worker's Tool Room was recently featured in the Trendspotters section of ISPI's PerformanceXpress. In this primarily visual and highly interactive session, Fred Nickols will present and review some of the tools from The Knowledge Worker's Tool Room - and some not yet in the Tool Room. These are tools he has created during his long career as a consultant, writer and executive. All are relevant to people who have an interest in improving the performance of people and  organizations.

Attendees will receive a copy of Fred's PowerPoint presentation at no charge, and they will also have the opportunity to purchase a pre-publication draft of his new book, "Tools for Knowledge Workers Volume 1," of what is envisioned as a three-volume series. Takeaways include 12 tools that are useful in understanding, analyzing, explaining and addressing various performance-related issues encountered in the workplace.

Fred Nickols, CPT, is a long-time member of ISPI and has published frequently and regularly in its many publications and in a wide variety of other professional publications as well. He is the Managing Partner of Distance Consulting LLC, an independent consultancy he has headed since 2001. Fred's career includes 20 years in the United States Navy and another 30 years in the private sector as a consultant and an executive.

If you are new to Arizona ISPI, or the global ISPI organization, this will be a very informative meeting to attend. If you plan on joining us, please RSVP, so we can plan appropriately for seating and refreshments. Thanks!
