Tom's talk last night was an effective illustration of the security sector, and the human performance problems and solutions he and others have encountered in it. This was also a great talk that highlighted a problem nearly any organization faces: Thinking within defined boxes and what happens when critical thinking is not applied to baseline assumptions.
