Richard Moffa is a Performance Improvement Team Member Senior at the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station. Richard has six years of experience in facilitating department and site-wide performance monitoring and improvement activities. Richard’s experience also includes three years of experience in evaluating, analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing maintenance training to enhance workers performance. Prior to joining Palo Verde Richard had nine years of experience in major construction projects with an additional eleven years involvement in an operational nuclear plant performing complex activities and processes associated with developing, implementing and supporting cost control, estimating, finance, administration, and accounting. Richard has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Masters Certificate in Business Improvement.
